On Line Checking SOP (Knitting)
1. Check Material plan.
2. Check Yarn test Report.
3. Check Pre-production sample (Trail Batch) Report.
4. Check Machine DIA and GAGE, Number of Needle.
5. Check Yarn Count, Yarn Brand, Yarn Lot.
6. Check Stitch Length, CPI, WPI.
7. Check Grey DIA, Grey GSM.
8. Check the program which hanged in the Machine and the fabric is knitting as per program.
9. For Yarn dyed must Shade match With Swatch, Dye LOT, Course per stripe as Swatch. Repeat and Machine should be fully covered. He must arrange to Finished some qty to ensure every option.
10. For ORGANIC Fabric must ensure the yarn cone (Green sticker at the bottom end with supplier’s name and count, Yarn Lot.
11. Must Ensure Knitting Machine should be separate with other Machines or fully covered.
12. He will ensure each and every yarn cones are same Brand, count and Lot. No mixed is allowed.
13. He will check the Yarn tension, fabric tension, yarn scroll same qty, and every pulleys are freely rotation in the right way.
14. He will ensure no any Marks which could be remain after Dyeing finishing.
15. Every Shift he must check at least 03(Three) times per machine.
16. For remove the defect he informed to the respective operator and management people.
17. He will fulfil the Report sheet with ball pen and preserve it no less than three months.
18. He will make a defect data sheet included the Name of the operators with shift in charge.
19. He will randomly check through inspection machine, One roll of each machines from okay goods checked by Quality inspectors.
